Non-meat days

It probably is very difficult for meat eaters to not have it even once a day, sometimes as a part of every meal. In the interest of health, try avoiding meat one day a week. Devote that day to a vegetarian variety. A fallacy is that vegetarain food is boring and tasteless. On the contrary, it is a whole lot of fun, satisfying and tasty too.
