I had the most satisfying breakfast this morning. I dashed out of the room thinking breakfast time was past. Quite forgot that Tucson is 3 hours ahead of east coast time. Called the Canyon Cafe, this place had a limited spread of things. Not your everyday buffet, although the items were what you would see in a normal restaurant - Omelette, oats, fruits, pancakes, yogurt, and the meat varieties.
The ingredients tasted so good and fresh that I felt I was in a different part of the world, more like Europe. I even felt healthy after the breakfast.
The resort is beautiful and the weather perfect. Too bad in an hour I should be within the conference halls and will not get out the whole day.
