Stir fried green beans with garlic and peppercornsWhen it comes to green beans, there aren't too many recipes for the western palette. How do you make them interesting?

Here is a slight twist to french green beans.  Uses diced garlic, lemon zest or lemon juice, parsley and peppercorn. Extremely easy to prepare and tastes delicious.
