Shredded brussel sprouts doused in olive oil with a hint of garlic and cheese

Shredded brussel sprouts with oive oil and parmesan reggiano cheeseWho said brussel sprouts are not tasty?  Try this recipe.  I had just a few recipes I rotated all the time.  I had mostly cook brussel sprouts either whole or halved. I thought to myself for a change why not shredded?
