Cauliflower and green pepper in exotic spices

Cauliflower is one of those dull vegetables that's hard to use in many recipes and make it appeal to our taste buds. Cauliflower, unlike what we get in the U.S., I have it to be tastier in other countries. For a while, I stayed away from it, until quite recently when I understood the nutrition factor. It is high in vitamin C and as good as Broccoli in flushing out the toxins from our system. So, decided to get back to it and tried this recipe. Check it out from vidyaswamyskitchen.com.
