Hot chocolate over the stove

The best tasting hot chocolate is the old-fashioned way of just boiling milk (1%, 2%or whole) in a pot over the stove, adding dark or mild dark chocolate powder, mixing it in well, and drinking it right away. Do you know of a better tasting simple, pure hot chocolate?
